Goldy's Grill

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff here are fantastic. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm good morning from the cooks and the waitresses, even though they were slammed. We took spots at the counter so we could watch the cooks work their magic. Those two were so much fun to watch while we ate. They’re very skilled and put out delicious food. Everything they made looked amazing, from the omelettes to the salads. We ordered a corned beef hash and two eggs with ham and hash browns. Everything was fantastic. We can’t wait to go back! Cash only.

This is a diner you should not miss if you're in the area. My weekday breakfast was hot and delicious, served promptly and with a smile. Portions we're reasonably sized, and an excellent value for the experience. Get the upcharge pancakes with your meal, they're so large they are a meal onto themselves. If you're solo or a small group, pop a squat on a stool. It's a disappearing experience and not to be missed. I have many fond memories of this place, and will continue to visit when I'm nearby. I hope you can make some memories of your own at Goldy's.

I've had the omelette specials both times and they're gigantic. Hash browns are a good mix of crispy pieces and not greasy at all. All omelettes include a drink, side, and toast. We enjoy sitting at the counter watching our food being made. It's incredible how much throughput they have with just the two guys in front. Service is awesome - they're super attentive always refilling water and coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Always passed by this spot for years but never stopped in until today, Sunday breakfast. Classic diner serving up classic breakfast (and lunch) meals. Sat at the counter to see all the action by the two in-sync cooks. You'll also never have an empty cup of coffee as Ms Goldy kept it flowing. Pictured here is their Heart Healthy Egg Whites and turkey patties with a side of fruit and toast. Please note that this spot is cash only. There is an ATM inside just in case. Prices can't be beat.

If you’re looking for a small, Chicago-style, mom-and-pop restaurant, you’ve found it! This place was awesome—the food was hot and fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back! I came on a Saturday morning when they were very busy and still got seated immediately, even with a party of five!

An old fashioned neighborhood "joint" with friendly & efficient staff. For my first breakfast I had a 2x2x2: eggs bacon mini waffles coffee and it was delicious and offered at an unbelievable price. My second meal was bbq pulled pork with potato salad and a cup of cream of chicken soup. An excellent lunch! Parking is tight in the strip mall lot but the Goldy's is worth your patience.

First time here and the diner exceeded my expectations! I’ve been to so many breakfast places I’ve lost count and never felt impelled to leave a review about a breakfast skillet until now. This is hands down the best skillet I’ve ever had. I ordered the meat w/veggies skillet with pepper Jack cheese. Instead of toast I ordered the pancakes, which were bigger and tastier than I expected as well. The atmosphere is cute too & staff are super friendly. Looking forward to taking friends and family here!

They food is hot and perfect. No pretentious adding of bizarre ingredients just to make the dish seem fancy and charge more. Great taste every time, generous portions. Yum.
